Where is the most unique place you’ve brushed your teeth?
We are excited to announce our first contest for the MOST UNIQUE TOOTH BRUSHING PHOTO!
To participate is easy. Take a photo brushing your teeth, your child’s teeth, or even your pet’s teeth in a unique place or setting and submit it to us by Sunday, November 11th!
The winner will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to a Local Carlsbad Restaurant!
There are four ways to submit your photo:

- Facebook it: Upload to your FB page and tag us “Dr. Geoffrey Bell DDS – Carlsbad’s Dentist”
- Mail it: 804 Carlsbad Village Dr., Carlsbad, CA 92008 – attn: Tooth Photo Contest
- Bring it: To your next dental care appointment
The winner will be chosen by our staff and announced on our blog, www.geoffbelldds.com/blog/ and our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/carlsbaddentist on November 16th, 2012.
Please note the photo must be yours and we can only accept one photo entry per participant. Don’t worry, if you have more than one amazing tooth themed photo save it for the next contest!
