During my Saturday surf check, I ran into one of our patients who offered congratulations. At first I thought he was commenting on my daughter’s upcoming wedding in three weeks (more about that later), but he surprised me when he said, “ No, I saw the award you received on Channel 8 CBS news as one of the top dental offices in San Diego.” Although we have received the award for the last four years, I am always surprised and humbled. Being mentioned as one of the top five dental offices out of the 2350 dental offices in San Diego is an honor. We, as an office are more thankful than proud because this award by CBS news is based on patient satisfaction as expressed in online reviews. We realize how thankful we are to all of our patients. We would never presume to think we are the best, but we do think it reflects that our patients know we as a team care about them and try to do our best for everyone. We are thankful for all the patients who have taken the time to write nice things about us and recommending us to others. We have over 1000 reviews on line from Angie’s list to Yelp and each one inspires us to be better.
